1. Where is my order confirmation email?
Your confirmation was sent to the email that you used when completing your purchase (it may have also been sent to your Primary Paypal email address). Please check your spam folder.
Note, if you forgot to include your email then you will not receive the confirmation email. We can fix this if you email us at Email: email@example.com

Your order takes 2-3 days to process and then depending on the product and your location between 3-6 weeks for delivery to your address. Please check the product page of your order for specifics for your product. Please note that business days does not include weekend or holidays, but rest assured it is on it's way. Delivery time is 3-6 weeks outside of the USA also, and 4-12 weeks to Australia.
4. Where are your products made?
Our products are originally made overseas in the following countries: China, Turkey, India, Bali & Singapore.
We work directly with high quality manufacturers. We also promise 100% satisfaction, and if not, your money will be refunded. It can take us a couple of days to answer all questions so we ask that you give us a few days to respond to all questions and concerns.
5. What payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
6. Some items were missing from my order, what should I do?
Not to worry.
Orders sometimes are shipped in multiple packages and may arrive at different times.
7. Refunds, missing or damaged items?
We happily replace or refund any missing or damaged items, please contact us and describe the problem, and when possible send a photo of any damaged items.
***Refunds can take up 10-15 business days to appear back on your original form of payment.
8. Do you have wholesale pricing?
It depends on what product. Please email us with your quantity needs.
